Wish I could give ZERO stars. At first it was the staff was friendly, then the older woman assisting me became rude and disrespectful. The appointment went downhill when I explained I only wanted what my insurance covered. I also felt pressured to get my eyes dilated, even though I was driving and didnt have my sunglasses. It has been a month and my contacts still arent in, no follow up from the office. Called in to check on them, was on hold for over 20 minutes, got hung up on- called back and was told very rudely- yeah we dont have them. Would not recommend and wont go back.

I recently just moved to Oak Lawn and needed to find a new eye doctor. I have a few minor eye problems so I needed to find a place that would work with those. The people in this office are great! The office is small, the staff are friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They closed at 7pm the day I was there and I was there past that until about 7:15 or so and they did not rush me out, they worked with me and were so nice. I had Dr. Gamboa and she is fantastic and explains things in words I could understand. I definitely feel as though I made the right choice coming here.

This is the best experience Ive ever had visiting an eye doctor. Highly recommend Dr Casey Hogan and her staff, friendly people, great sevice and they listen to what youd like!
