For the past 10 years, Ive suffered from chronic pain, chronic neck and back pain and migraine headaches. I had heard of Chiropractic care but had never been referred to one by the 20 plus doctors Ive seen over the years. I used to keep a bag of medications to management the pain, anxiety and depression that comes with it. I have been seeing Dr. Katie for the past 4 months and I have to say, of all the things Ive tried over the years, spinal manipulation is by far the quickest way to lasting relief, with the least side effects. I have thrown away my pill bag and no longer require meds. Im writing this review with a migraine shooting myself in the foot for missing my visits for over a month. Ive heard people complain of the need to see a chiro consistently, but Ill trade that over a prescription and frequent trips to specialists poking and prodding any day. Dr. Katie and Chiro One have truly been a blessing to me. I hear not all Chiros are the same, but this gals got magic hands and I thank God for her.
