More about money then customer care. I took my puppy there for his first shots the staff and vet was very nice and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the first visit the cost was about 150.00. When I made the appointment for the second round of shots I ask what the cost would be, I was told it would be $46.00 dollars by the lady who scheduled my appointment. When we went back for the second round of shots. I was charged around 140.00. I told them that was not right and they disagreed because when they made the appointment in the computer they scheduled a Dr. visit (The Dr. did come in room but my puppy didnt need him to and I didnt ask for it). They also made a mistake and gave my puppy a shot that he didnt need and charged me for it. When they told the Dr. I was upset about these charges he said it is better to be over vaccinated then under vaccinated and would not refund that charge for that reason (again that was there mistake why should I pay for it)? They should have tried to make it right.

I am always satisfied with the level of care my animals receive on our visits. The doctors and staff are friendly and make sure I understand everything that is going on with my animals and discuss all options and costs up front. All of my dogs have different personalities and needs and are treated as individuals. There is no "standard" exam here! I have never regretted the decision to make Four Loving Paws the place I go for the care of my furry family members. I have even taken fosters and other family members animals to them because I wanted to be confident they were getting the best treatment. Thank you Four Loving Paws!

I have taken two dogs to Four Loving Paws & have had an awesome assistance both times. One was an emergency admit when my boxer was having a heart attack, although he did not survive the staff & Dr. Shepard himself never stopped trying to save him. They are wonderful people who care more about the animal than the cost! Could not ask for better caring & devoted staff for my fur babies!! I highly recommend their services & will be a regular customer from here on out!!

The pills I got for my animal did the trick in till the last pill was gone and I was right back to point a with his condition... Also the flea pills they have him was only good for 15 days and I do not like other people to feed my pet anything weather it be a treat or a pill and they did not ask my permission to even do so.... However it is a clean vet for the cost but very poor check ups.... I can have a teenage play with my pet at home for free...

Just amazing!! The best vet experience in my life. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. John was quick to solve problems and he was well versed in current knowledge and studies in the pet medical field. Truly impressed. Even through we have moved over an hours drive away we still go here! Definitely NOT a sales pitch vet, truly there to support the animals highest and best.

hats off to dr. shepherd and his wife, I have never taken a animal to anyone more caring, loving , and concerned about my animals ,even was willing to stay late to take care of my kitty , I highly recommend dr. shepherd , his wife ,and four loving paws for any and all of your needs with your pet!!!thank you doc. for your time and concern, you guys are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
