If I could give no stars I would. This place was absolutely unprofessional and rude. My children had been there prior. But every time I tried to make appointment they schedule me just to cancel me and make and excuse as to why my appointment had to be canceled. As I called for appointment for my children to be seen. My insurance was active and they offered me an appointment within two days later but as soon as I voiced who I was and how they kept canceling my appointment they told me they would have to contact me back and check with the billing Dept. Well they never had any intention of getting back to me. I was then told my kids insurance had been inactive and there were restrictions on my insurance. I then contacted my insurance carrier and my state dept. concerning this. This in fact was false information that I verified through the insurance also checked to see if they were a participating provider which was also verified as correct. They insisted that none of my verification from the company and state was false. Also told me I would need to pay out of my pocket if my children wanted to be seen at this facility! Why would I pay out of my pocket for a In network provider? They contradicted what they said many times in an excuse to discourage my from seeking eye care for my kids and this facility. Anywhere this uncaring for my children or any individual is not worth the hassle. I recommend for anybody looking for a eye dr to shop around. To tell someone they need referrals by the pcp and the insurance and then you call both and state something different is not worth the bill or rude behavior they conducted with me

Dr. Ann is extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother is 73 years old with glaucoma. She has been seeing Dr. Doug from Williams Eye Institute for a very long time. Dr. Ann, his wife, disrespected my mother so bad that she brought her to tears. This type of disrespect and unprofessionalism needs to be exposed and addressed. I cannot express enough my frustration with her as she tried to explain her actions. Nothing she can say will excuse her behavior of making my mother cry. Simply because my mother let her know that she had been waiting for over an hour since her appointment time. Dr. Anns response was that they were "on lunch" as she was yelling in my mothers face to the point where my daughter had to tell her to get out of my moms face. First, why would you schedule my mother on your lunch time and second, why would you think its ok to yell at her in her face n try to intimidate her??? And the fact that my mother does not cry often tells me that Dr. Ann was way out of line. She is rude and unprofessional and there needs to be consequences for her actions. If she treated my mother this way I am sure there are others out there that she has abused. She needs to know that it doesnt matter who you think you are, you cannot treat people this way!

When I received my bill, I contemplated not paying it. But of course this would look bad on my credit. If not for that I wouldnt pay. I unfortunately had to have cataract surgery and so I was sent to the Williams Hammond facility. Now the employees where nice especially Savannah who was the first eye tech I saw. When I first met Ann Williams, I thought I was in the right place. Ann said that I had to choose if I wanted to see distance or up close. (I had to take one or the other because I couldnt pay extra for both) so I chose distance. Long story short, I dont see distance or up close and am wearing prescription glasses. Ann said when I told her that I couldnt see well past middle vision she said well you could probably past the eye exam at the license branch. Say What?! Probably? And she said well it was either up close or distance you got up close. Ummm no unless I stretched my arm to the limit. Hows that up close? And besides, I was suppose to have distance. Really, whose eye dr would say you can probably pass the eye exam? A family friend whose an eye doctor said this was wrong on so many levels. So I will NOT be recommending Ann Williams. I cant speak of the other doctors there. Seriously upset Renee T.
