August 24, 2015 Worst service from a health care provider. BEWARE check Better Bussiness Bureaus review of this company. They have had my CPAP machine over 2 months now and still have NOT resolved the problem. I have called many times with NO call back, after a promise that a new machine was shipped 8/5/15 and should be delivered the next week..quess what? Yep, still waiting, today contacted my insurance company and Lincare said they never received the replacement from the manufacture. They said they would check in to it again with the manufacture. One might think they might (?) have a customers health in mind and follow up on the missing CPAP. I certainly will be happy in 18 months when my contract with Lincare is over...you bet I will be changing companies. BEWARE! IF YOU NEED HELP YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE!

Dealing with Lincare is very stressful. If you can go with another company, then save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Every time I have to deal with them (which is a lot) they say they will perform a service, handle a problem etc. and then it never happens. I have had clients that needed oxygen supplies to breathe and they never showed up to repair or deliver, I have had clients need wheelchairs and they wait for weeks for no reason at all. I could go on and on, but the take home message is that this company is very negligent and has proved over and over again to be incompetent and dangerous.

Therapist who showed me the workings of the machine was anything but pleasant. It was as tho I should know the workings of the C Pap machine. Seemed to be in a hurry. Facility very untidy. Had to sit at a table by the door with the cold air blowing in with other employees and clients in the area. Very unprofessional. Difficult location to find. My doctor referred me to this facility.

After reading all of the Poor Reviews i better understand. I called there & had a horrible connection. The girl said: maybe I should call you back in a couple of minutes. That was last Friday. Its now Tuesday!

I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine for the last three years and I still dont have it. They wont even get back with me after my doctors office and Blue Cross has contacted them

I compare doing business with Lincare as a three ring circus. Unbelievable. If I ran my business like they do, I would be out of business at the end of the day. Terrible
