Dr. Jackson and his assistant are amazing! I would absolutely recommend Plainfield Family Chiropractic to anyone looking for the type of care they can provide. After just ONE session, my neck felt so much better, less tight, and more moveable. Dr. Jackson really takes the time to explain everything to you, he makes sure youre okay with everything he wants to do before he does it, and he makes sure you understand exactly what you will be charged. He doesnt mess around with nonsense; he gets right intod finding out what the problem is and whether or not he can help you. He takes the time to write up a complete care plan for you to look at and decide if you want to do. His assistant makes ALL the insurance calls for you and explains exactly what the cost of your care will be before ever getting started. She also offers payment plans for you right up front. If you agree to the care plan, she sets up every appointment you will need right then and there and gives you all the dates for you to write down! They are both very friendly people!

Dr Jackson has given me a better Daily Quality of Life. I have had 2 back surgeries and dont want to have a 3rd. I was walking slow, difficult to do stairs, and taking Meds. Now I am able to function 100 % with NO Meds, and able to do the things that I want to do and not be slow or in pain and not able to move. I am feeling Great! With his Plan I got stronger and felt less pain, and now I come in for adjustments 1-2 times a month and never have any problems. It is very important to continue treatments and continue taking care of your body and you will reep the benefits. I feel good every day ! I also like the reassurance that if I start to feel anything- I can come in right away and get adjusted and walk out feeling instant relief ! Dr Jackson is a Great Listener, and he WILL Find the reasons for your Pain and he WILL Help You ! I feel refreshed and Ready to Go Again after EVERY Visit!!! I cant imagine my life now without Chiropractic.

Ive never met someone as enthusiastic and as passionate about what they do as Dr. Jackson. He takes the time to explain how chiropractic care works and the health benefits beyond what your initial issue is and the benefits to your long term wellbeing. Other chiropractors I’ve seen in the past have always focused on the short term reason I was there; Dr. Jackson is the opposite. Hes genuinely concerned with your health and progress. He and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. On Sunday I compromised my neck so that I couldn’t move it left to right or up and down; not to mention sleep! I called early Monday morning and had an appointment to seem the doctor in the hour. He and the staff took really good care of me and by the next day, I was 80% better; and today 100%. If youre looking for magnificent chiropractic care, Dr. Jackson and the staff are the ones to see. Im very grateful to have found them.

I started to see Dr. Jackson for neck and lower back pain a couple of months ago. Previous to that, Ive seen two other chiropractors and no one even compares to the service, professionalism and fantastic treatment that Dr. Jackson and his staff provides. I am so lucky to have found such a great chiropractor and my pain has greatly diminished! Dr. Jackson does a great job asking questions and educating the patient on the process of chiropractic. They worked with my insurance (UHC) when most other chiropractors considered me "out of network." To top everything off, Dr. Jackson and his staff are very friendly and personable! They are a great addition to the community of Plainfield and I look foward to getting adjusted and seeing everyone at the office everytime!

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for over a year now with lower back pain, something I have been dealing with since I was a child, and I am more than pleased with my results! I have been to 4 different chiropractors in the last 10 - 15 years and Dr. Jackson has been the best so far. Great with working around busy schedules and very informative on everything and extremely polite about everything. The man always has a smile on his face! I would highly recommend anyone needing a chiropractor to visit Plainfield Family Chiropractic!!

I feel like a new person since my first visit! Dr. Jackson is very thorough and explains each and every step along the way. He always asks if I have any questions every single visit, I dont feel like just another paycheck, I feel like a real person. I was very depressed when my shoulder was in pain and prevented my sleep but I quickly snapped out that within the first couple visits as I began to feel better each time. If you are seeking a chiropractor, you can stop the search, Plainfield Family Chiropractic is THE place!

Bait & switch! Lead me to believe my insurance would cover visits, charged me cash, then informed me that they, in fact, dont accept my insurance... Really upsetting to start process over when I needed help right away. Mr. Jackson was a nice guy, but maybe needs to get better communication at the front desk.

I never seemed to be able to get relief for my back or neck pain until I came to Plainfield Family Chiropractic. Dr. Jackson is awesome. He set me up with an adjustment plan and I feel better than I ever have! My back pain and headaches are rare now and I used to have them everyday. Highly recommended!

Great place. Dr. Jackson is friendly and informative. I havent felt this good in a long time. I went in with a pretty bad neck this spring and within a couple weeks was feeling better then I had in years. They are always flexible with my ever changing schedule so I never have to skip an appointment.

What can I say,theyre awesome and family friendly! Ive been going for 3 weeks and my lower back pain has decreased from an 8 to a 2 on the pain scale. They have no problems when the little ones have to tag along, and theyre very helpful and informative.

I love Plainfield Family Chiropractic because if you get hurt they fix you right up. I got in an car accident in 7/11. I hurt my neck, but from that point to today I fell much better. f it wasnt for them I wouldnt be at this point right now.
