Dr. Thompson stands out as taking his time with his patience with quality service and products. I went there a couple of weeks ago for a complete eye example. I could not have been happier. He also took a lot of time after the exam to explain what my insurance covered and gave me options for me to choice the best thing for me an my family. We have found our family eye doctor and are done looking. Highly recommend. Great service and you dont feel like a number.

Its one doctor, Dr. Thompson, and a very nice receptionist. They are very easy going and friendly. They special order samples for customers to preview. Despite being a small operation, its not lacking in tools or equipment. I ordered a pair of glasses in a different color to the pair in the office and when they came in and looked awful (not as advertised), they switched my lenses into a better looking frame right there.

Dr. Thompson does a very thorough exam, is patient and takes time to answer any questions. Sandy is a wonderful optician. She knows how to help you select your frames and spends time to look up sizes if the frames you like dont fit. There is no pressure to purchase. Although they do offer upgrades such as anti reflective coating, its not pushed to increase a sale.
