Its a great place to go I only know of one thing that could be better, and that is getting a refill on a medication usually takes 3 days to a week. The problem with this is if you have to have your medicine your out of luck until someone finally calls it in. You learn pretty quick to call ahead of time. You can never speak to anyone about this when you call you just get a machine. Other than that one annoyance, The staff there are excellent they are very fast getting you in and out, and they are always very respectful while your there. The rooms are always clean and usually it takes no longer than an 45 mins to get you in and out. I have went there routinely for about 3 yrs and never once have I had a negative experience. I only go about once every 3-6 months as I dont like to go see the doctor unless I have to.

Terrible, terrible office. Ive seen several doctors here, and theyre all either idiots or rude. Have to wait several hours past my appointment time--EVERY TIME--and it takes days to get in--for an emergency. I stopped going there and went to the urgent care center in town for everything, because I dont trust the doctors. At all. By the way, one of the OBs at the prenatal annex lied straight to my face. She told me a medicine was used during pregnancy for one purpose--just to calm me down because I was already pissed about having to wait three hours AGAIN with a disability that causes me terrible pain when I have to sit for extended periods of time--and its not. My guess is that she thought I was a druggie and wouldnt do my due diligence. Wrong on both counts.

not very nice people they even were laughing at my condition which was medical and not very professional of them after being very embarrassed found i had a common ailment for men my age will never go here again
