I highly recommend Dr. Jerry Zanni in Marblehead who completely resurrected my teeth and gums, restoring my trust in Doctors. When I was a child our family dentist despised children and had no patience. I feared dentists, having read "Marathon Man" and watching Steve Martin in "Little Shop of Horrors". Dr. Zanni never judged me because its not in his nature. He showed great compassion and brought me to complete recovery and beyond. Dr. Zanni is very honest. He does not try, as a lot of dentists do, to sell you unneeded dentistry but he gives you reasonable specifics. Once, a dental hygienist suggested I have my wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Zanni said it was not necessary. That was consistent with his sense of honesty. Dr. Zannis staff has been together for a long time which is a testimony to his leadership. You can see the genuine respect and care between them and I find that very comforting. There are some dentists that do the job, but I feel Dr. Zanni has a calling (The Teeth Whisperer). I now drive one hour from Methuen and would never change from his great know expertise, experience, and service.

Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Zannis since we moved to the area more than five years ago and have nothing but a first class expereince each and evey time we have an interaction. He and his staff make us feel as though were part of the family and go above an beyond at every turn. Two years ago, I was in Chicago and experiencing some inflation in my mouth, so called Dr. Zanni. After having a converation with him, I took some picture of the sore spot, sent them via email and followed up not more than five minutes later where he diagnosed my probelm (correctly I may add) and recommended that upon my return to go see an oral surgeon and have it takend care of, but also put me at ease, reassuring me that it wasnt worth getting on the next flight back to take care of. That is just one example of the great service that he has provided. I would definitely reccommend Dr. Zanni and his staff to anyone looking for a great dentist, but also looking for a little less of a get in and get out kinkd of mentality. I would also add that Joanne, Nancy and Ginny are also in and of themselves a reason to go....

When my brother retired from dentistry 20 years ago, we were faced with the challenge of locating a dentist in the North Shore since we didn’t want to make the commute to Medford (where he practiced) from Swampscott. Through my brothers professional network, it was determined that Dr Zanni was our best choice. My wife and relatives & friends we have referred have enjoyed our experience with Dr Zanni and his entire staff since that time. Dr Zanni is a MASTER at his "craft." He performed a full mouth restoration for me and to this day, I receive nothing but complements with the results. He is meticulous with his procedures and accepts nothing but perfection! Joanne is always at Dr Zannis side delivering that much needed support - with a BIG smile! And Ginny with her friendly call to remind me about an upcoming appointment (and I need it) or to move a date to meet my schedule. And to keep my restored mouth in tip top shape, Nancy is a master at cleaning and reminding me to improve on my flossing and hygiene - all in a pleasant manner and always with a smile. Can you tell we love this team!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zanni for over 30 years and would NEVER think of going to another Dentist. He is always current the industry and is a kind of person who not only is interested in the health of your mouth but also in your life. His office is a history building in Marblehead and he has kept the charm of it even though it is his office and you feel so comfortable. My appointment is always on time and I never feel rushed. I know I can ask any question I have and Dr. Zanni’s answers have always been easy for me to understand. I know when I deal with the others in the office from Ginny who handles all the appointments, phone, email and bills to Nancy who is my hygienist (and a very good one at that) to Joanne who is there to offer a lot of support especially when I have to get a tooth filled or something fixed with a tooth, they all make a great team and I enjoy them all. If you are thinking of getting a new dentist or finding a new one in the area, I strongly suggest you visit Dr. Zanni, I can assure you it will NOT be a mistake.

After moving to Marblehead from Michigan less than a year ago, I was worried that I wouldnt be able to find a dentist as excellent as the one I had had in Michigan for over twenty years. Dr. Zanni and his staff put my worries to rest. The consultation was comprehensive and resulted in a dental plan that I participated in. The appointments are never rushed and my questions are always answered thoroughly. Patient comfort is paramount, from the warm neck wrap and CDs with headphones when dental work is being done to making sure procedures are as painless as possible. The staff is fantastic! Ginny, Joanne, and Nancy are efficient, caring, and committed to the comfort and well-being of each patient. The office is located in an antique house with original fireplaces and has an inviting, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. When Im there, I feel like Im visiting an old friend. Ive found my new excellent dentist!

I have been a patient for more than twenty years and have always been very happy with Dr. Zanni and his office. I moved away and found a new dentist but when my new dentist just kept raving about what great shape my teeth were in, I decided to stay with Dr. Zanni even though it is a forty-five minute drive from my home to the office. Its well worth the effort. His work is of the very highest quality and Dr. Zanni is continually upgrading and improving the experience of going to the dentist. A good example is the heated, herbal neck wrap I received at my last appointment. Its like spa treatment in the dentists chair. I feel so pampered and cared for, its quite a change from what I grew up with in dental care. Ginny is terrific, too. She always has a warm greeting and provides extremely professional service. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Zanni for almost twenty years. From the very first visit right up to our most recent, Dr. Zanni and his staff have consistently offered us professional and expert treatment. Ginnys friendly personality and attention to detail keep us organized and actually looking forward to our visits to the office. Nancy provides thorough but gentle cleanings, as well as helpful advice. Joanne assists Dr. Zanni in making sure every procedure is efficiently handled with proper hygiene and maximum comfort, utilizing the newest technology. Furthermore, Dr. Zanni will go to any length to provide the highest customer service and care. Several years ago, my mother was visiting from New Mexico and Dr. Zanni graciously treated her as an emergency visit. I highly recommend Dr. Zanni as a dentist.
