I hate to leave a bad review because the doctor was excellent. The staff is horrible. Twice they claimed they claimed they called me and I have no missed calls or voicemails. The first time was to cancel an appointment. I received a TEXT message the day before to confirm the appointment. When i got to the office it was closed. I called them and they claimed they left me a message that it was canceled and could not explain the text message verification. I gave them another chance cause I like the doctor. This time i ordered glasses. Three weeks later I called them to see if they were in. I had not heard from their office. I was told they called and let me a message a week and a half ago. I checked my phone records and there was NO call from them. Plus if you had a patients glasses for 10 days why not call again. I will go somewhere else. Its too bad, I like the doctor and was happy with the exam.

Judy Dooley

Dr. Rautio puts the "CARE" in eye care. He has the latest computer-assisted equipment that makes your eye exam quicker and more thorough. He listened to my concerns and ideas and gave me great advice without pressuring me to go one way or another. I thought readers were a good idea to manage the various activities I engage in (reading, computing, playing in an orchestra, etc) and he actually measured out what lens strength I would need for each pair of readers. I am very happy with my experience.

I went with this doctor because he did not have any bad reviews, rather than because I knew he was good. Apparently, all 200 of his good reviews are not google reviews, so Ill add one for him. Best vision doctor I have ever had (and will continue seeing). His office front looks a bit shady, but whats inside counts and he has a great professional staff, an office with new vision equipment, and Dr. Rautio listens and answers questions pleasantly and warmly.

A customer since 2004 with Dr Cunningham (now retired). Dr Rautio is professional, efficient and personable. He listens and consults. No presuure to buy eyeware there. But I do because they have HD CNC progressives at a good price. They will price match equivalent products, including my wifes toric contacts. Only lost a star due to limited mens frames.
