Ive gone to Dr. Gupta for about a year. Id say she is an average Doctor that is hard to understand. If you like saying "What was that" and "Im sorry I dont understand" or if in general you like to talk to telemarketers than she is the doc for you. If you do decide to call this office be sure to leave yourself 10-20min to make an appointment because getting someone on the phone is not an easy task. You will sit on hold and listen to 90s smooth rock for what feels like an eternity. Then when someone finally does answer they will tell you they cannot hear you and that your phone is breaking up and you will be forced to restart the process again. I called from 3 different phones so I can assure you it is a problem on there side. Last but not least when you finally make an appt. you must deal with a staff that seems to care more about how each others lives are going then doing there actual jobs. Its not easy finding a new Doc trust me I put up with this nonsense for a year before realizing I dont deserve any of it, but look a little harder before choosing this place youll be glad you did.
