I made an appt for a consult with Dr. Fear because my dog tore his ACL. Not only was I greeted by such a WONDERFUL staff at the front door but the quality time Dr.Fear spent explaining the different opportunities I had to choose made me feel so much better. I walked in believing that he would give me no other option but surgery because I always thought isn’t that what they want because they make more money? No, not this visit! I walked out with high hopes that not everyone is out there to nickel & dime you. Thank you to Dr Fear & all the wonderful staff! You guys made me sleep easy last night and looking forward to visiting this clinic again. Sandy M.

I am so impressed with all of the staff here with my visit. I took my Ocicat here because my usual vet was over booked a week out. When I called they also were over-booked but asked what was wrong. The woman on the phone was genuinely concerned for my cat based on the symptoms described and asked me to come in so they could help us out. We were treated with nothing but great service despite how busy everyone was. You can tell that everyone is truly concerned with animals well being and I would recommend them to anyone. Ive never seen this kind of passion in any vet Ive been to. Great place!

They are always nice, helpful & will do anything to help animals!! I would highly highly recommend this clinic to anyone.. The Drs are great & see almost any animal you could think of, they do surgery, dentals, ultrasounds & have large selection of prescription dod/cat foods among other specialties & the prices are great☺

The experience was great! I had to bring my cat in who is already a patient here, for what turned out to be an abscess on her tail. I was a mess considering I hadnt sleep yet. I had no appointment but they squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. Very friendly staff!

All of the Drs are very compassionate, as well as the staff. I have pups & birds so they treat all of them! Im also disabled and their concerns & assistance for me has been very much appreciated. I highly recommend Alsager to anyone looking for great care!

very disappointed. went to this place for years (family too) and I moved but drove from Fenton to keep them as vet. I was caught in a bad accident so was 15 min late and they would not see my dog. yet...I can wait 40 min in a room waiting for vet.

The front desk lady was very friendly (even after my dog peed on the floor) and the Vet was very down to earth and was not pushy. Gave you many options for your pets.
