Unfortunately I have to agree with the other person that the schedule and the person who handles the finances are the two bad things about coming to this office. I work part time and still it was difficult to come the amount of times they wanted me to because theyre off Fridays and weekends and during the week theyre opened a 2-3 hours in the morning and same in the afternoon. I didnt go for any injuries just neck and back pain and I still had to be on a yearly plan. After they got my insurance info first they didnt tell me they were out of network with my insurance but they told me that I was going to pay a small amount after my deductible. And then they just forgot to mention that was for only 20 medical adjustments and the other 50 would be paid by me. Honestly these are the things that are important to discuss before even beginning thats why I had to go somewhere else. Apart from these the things the doctors are good.

EFC has changed my life from the moment I walked in the door. When I started seeing Dr Natalie, I was 24 and have severe neck pain- only being able to turn my head slightly from side to side.. I was so stiff that I used to sit up at night crying from the pain. After my first adjustment with Dr Natalie, I was able to turn my head more than I had in over 4 months- I left that day crying; only this time tears of joy. Here I am, 4 years later, living a very active lifestyle with full motion of my neck. As a bonus, other hormonal issues I used to to be faced with, have since improved tremendously after being adjusted regularly--as my brain can now communicate clearly with the rest of my body. Its absolutely amazing! Both Dr Natalie and Dr Alyssa are so nice, passionate and genuinely there to help improve your health naturally by identifying the root cause of the problem. I have no doubt that these ladies are good at what they do, but the lack of flexibility with making a "financial plan" is saddening. I really would have loved to see dr. Natalie for the remainder of my pregnancy, and tried to set up a plan to make that work. The woman doing "financials" told me that was impossible, and that I can only make a plan to be seen for the entire next year. Seriously? Im standing here with money in hand, and youre going to tell me we cant work out anything short term? I guess Ill take my plebeian budget elsewhere.

Excellent with toddlers. My kid was able manage his frequent ear infections natural way. We avoided requiring a ear tube and being put under anesthesia. Highly recommended for kids.
