Cant recommend Eden Prairie Village Pet Hospital enough. We started taking our 14 year old dog to see them a few years ago and the personal service we receive is amazing. They love animals. The staff is extremely friendly and service oriented, They are full service and we now go there for grooming, food and vet service. Dr. Jim has been very helpful to educate us on the needs of our aging dog and what to expect and how to give her the best qualify of life. Thank you to all of you for the care you provide. Excellent company.

They are probably OK for cats or for very docile breeds. The doctor can be very aggressive and incompatible with some dog breeds. I refuse to have my dog sedated just to go into the vet. Making some noise while you get blood drawn is pretty normal for most animals. Ive never seen a vet get so angry at an animal. I cant bring my dog back there suspecting that they might get handled harshly out of anger. Convenient location, but I guess we go back to the vet that isnt afraid of dogs.

Dr. Nelson and all the vet techs here were SUPER nice and helpful. Dr. Nelson took a lot of time to explain everything to us in detail. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We took both our cat and dog in for exams. He is GREAT. Whole staff is just awesome. Im new to the area and will be taking all my pets here for anything they need.

This is the best place to go. They are so kind and caring and always go the extra mile. They understand how important pets are to all of us. I would so highly recommend Prairie Village to everyone. I wont go anywhere else. My cats love everyone there and love the attention. They always remember them and make then feel safe.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They check in on your animals after procedure. Even though this is a bit of a drive and the prices are higher than some, it is worth it. I feel like they care about my animals and they can do many services in house without having to send things out, for example some lab tests.

Ive been taking my two cats to this veterinary place and they are great. My one baby cat loves it there, but my older (5-6 yrs) hates it with a passion. He cries a lot and is really loud, but the doctors are great with him. The wait time is short and they are always on time...at least when I have been there.

I just brought my 5 year old cat here for an eye infection that turned out to be more serious than anticipated. Dr. Nelson and staff were outstanding and talked me through each step. Cost was cheaper than expected. I highly recommend!

Weve always taken our guinea pigs and rabbits here to get their "pedicures". The folks here are always so nice. Even after we moved, we still come back as we havent found anyone near as wonderful as the staff here.
