If I could give this a negative star I would! This is ONE of the worst centers out there! Please DO NOT bring your loved one here especially if they do not speak good english. My aunt had hip replacement surgery and was moved to this center. She does not speak good english. They never got an interpreter for her, even when she requested. She was not checked up on regularly, the bed she got was not fit for her recovery. One male brought her to the bathroom and never came back. When her friend came and saw the neglect of care from this center they decided to move her from there- when they were discharging her a caretaker came in asking her to sign papers my aunt told her she does not understand what she would sign and needs an interpreter. The care taker came back later and asked her to sign one piece of paper, my aunt did sign it. They discharged her with out any information on how to take care of herself. When her friend came to transport her, on the way to another facility my aunt told her that she needed one more injection to prevent thrombosis ( she could have died of a blood clot)- her friend contacted the hospital and told them all that happened. They were asked to come to ER where nurses and social worker met my aunt took care of her/gave her rx for injections she can do at home (that the facility was SUPPOSED to give her), assigned a physical therapist to come out to her home and etc. Later to find out my aunt had signed a paper saying that she will pay for all the care she received from the facility WHILE it already HAS been payed by her insurance. I know this is a lot but PLEASE this placed completely screwed her over and took advantage of her. She said that after hip surgery she is supposed to be rotated to allow for proper circulation and muscle contraction so they do not atrophy but it was not done for her for 4 days. And the people did not even know how to move her- they verbalized this themselves. What is this place? I am so relieved to know she is out of that place. Dont bring your father, mother or whoever here. They will be neglected of attention and basic care. Look into other placed, do random check ins, place a hidden camera- they do not deserve the money they get.

This place is horrible, the evening and night staff do absolutely nothing, they gave my client the wrong meds several times, left a pill pop out sheet of Oct in his room, and did not even go to look for it for several hours, I saw a staff member on more than one occasion just get up and stop feeding one of the residents because they didnt want them asking questions or talking to them, they hardly check on their residence, they ran over my clients glasses in a wheelchair and never replaced them. I would not put your loved one here unless you want their health to get worse or for them to die, worse place Ive seen since I did my clinicals 11 years ago! Numerous complaints were made by my client and myself, I had to question staff members more than once why my client is not being taken care of, why he had not been helped after calling for it two hours prior (this was not during a busy time this was at night when they were doing nothing). All they do is sit around and collect their paychecks from what I have seen!

Ive had family & friends both here for rehab & long term the staff are are amazing, helpful, sweet, patient, caring etc. The rehab department is extraordinary also. You can tell that they strive for excellence. They made sure to personalize their care for each of my family members & friends who had been here. They went above & beyond my personal expectations, more then any other nursing home i have visited a friend/family member at around the area. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for anyone &/or their family members to stay at long term or short term.

I wouldnt really trust this place. Its really unorganized, unclean, there floors is always top to bottom its always dirty also the Bathrooms too The people are never nice they always carry and I dont care attitude. The senors are pretty nice but the staff made mistake before. I look up there record for it. Incident reports. I wouldnt trusting this place even for anyone to stay for a bit.All they want is your money not to help you.
