Went to pick ordered glasses from this Super target location before heading for vacation. On trying them, the right side lens is completely blur and on questioning them, they said the prescription had a typo and they made wrong lenses for my glasses. Being an optical shop , a customer expects that the staff working there considers customers eye prescription to be vital and its totally ridiculous that they make typos while ordering glasses. They said they can remake glasses which would take a week, So I asked them to prioritize my order as I would be leaving for vacation in 4 days and they said they cannot do it . I will never come again here nor encourage anyone to go here. Customer care especially at optical centers just doesnt mean talking nicely and welcoming, it involves being attentive to customer needs and if mistakes made , addressing them in appropriate manner.

The service is really good or really bad. When I went to get my contacts the man and woman there were super helpful. Any of the staff though after work is just terrible. Left unattended to for 30 minutes while browsing for glasses. I eventually went to huxley optical where I could get service I needed. I didnt even care that I could get 50 percent off at Target I was just so fed up.

The young woman that helped me was amazing!! I traveled from north of Grand Forks ND and managed to lose a contact hours before my nieces wedding..granted I enjoyed her wedding ceremony with only 1 contact in as no drs were available - but she took time out of her day to call around for me to try to find a dr...That meant the world to me due to the fact this area is unknown to us!!

Had a terrible experience here. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and dilated my pupils without even telling me what the drops were for OR asking if I was pregnant (which I am.) I had no clue it is advised against when pregnant. He blamed me for not telling him before the exam...but nether he or the form I filled out asked if I was pregnant.

Fixed my sunglasses at no charge! Replaced 2 broken screws and even cleaned the lenses. Would recommend and will be back.
