This has been the primary clinic for my animals for a few years now, and I am always impressed by the level of care and consideration that the staff shows. Dr. Gehr, who introduces herself as Dr. Jane, is an amazing vet. She is so warm and considerate. This last visit, my dog Kirby needed some blood work done and needed to get her old lady tumor checked out. Dr. Jane was a pleasure to work with, and definitely made my nervous bby girl feel as comfortable as possible. She suggested some great preventative measures to make sure that as Kirby gets older she has limited arthritis. I dont doubt at all that the staff truly cares about every animal that comes though. When it came time to check out, a staff member named Barb was extremely helpful in helping me set up a payment program through a specific veterinary credit program called Care Credit, which will hopefully keep my bank from breaking. All together, my partner and I left more than satisfied with the level of care and service we received, and Kirby left relieved and no worse for wear. Would 100% recommend this clinic.

This is quite possibly one of the best veterinarian offices I have ever been to. While the interior is pretty lackluster in terms of design, color, the staff is absolutely exceptional. Dr. Jane gives you an extremely informative review of your pets health without being pushy about buying treatments. She is also extremely pet friendly and you can tell she really cares about your animals comfort level. The vet techs (the two that Ive met) are also both very accommodating and want to make sure they get all the information about your pets maladies to pass on to the doctor. Dont let the outside appearance of this place fool you - it is a wonderful animal hospital.

I have been going here for several years now. The staff is top notch. Dr. Jane really cares about my kitties.. As, Im sure she does all the animals that she sees. They are not overly expensive, either ... Much better priced than most. You really cant go wrong with Arcade Animal Hospital.
