London and John have always been exceptional in assisting me to make good choices. Once when an ophthalmologist gave me a wrong lens prescription, which showed up when I received the new glasses, London provided new lenses at no cost. No complaints over more than 10 years of going to London and being cared for by John and others.

Dr. Nathanson is terrific. He put a lot of time into testing my eyes to figure out the best prescription. The glasses he carries are first rate and the folks in the shop are friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend.
