Worst customer service ever!. They never want to give their name. Respond with hoe many I help u when u do ask for their name and I was also given a wrong name. It seems like it bothers them to fax a rx for a customer. And Christy if thats her real name is very unpleasant to talk to. If she doesnt like her job she should find something else she enjoys then be miserable and show it. I said please I said my thanks yous . I begged .. ... I would not recommend this eye center. I have gone to the one in winston salem that staff was great.
