I have been a patient of Dr. Daab for many years now -- both before she became part of the MDVIP network and since. She has always gone above and beyond to make me feel well cared for. She is responsive and never rushes through an appointment -- always taking time to answer all questions and concerns. And she does a great job of coordinating my care across specialists. I had a scary situation once, and she was instantly available via text and then stayed on the phone w/the ER nurse so she could be updated in real time.

I have called this office on 4 different days hoping to get Dr D-K as a primary, twice a day, at various times, and have never been able to get a human on the phone. Never once was my call during their two hour "lunch block" that they have, still nobody answered. Is this even a real dr office??? Does everyone work part time???? How do existing patients even reach her??? Ive had to call a dozen offices and hers is the ONLY ONE I felt compelled to write a review on. GET A PHONE OPERATOR.

DR DAAB is ok but their front desk is nasty and rude.. if i have to deal with those people i will take my business elsewhere.. and i was told that the lady i spoke with was the one that runs the practise she did not know how to talk to people at all i am shocked that she runs that place.She was really rude and had no customer service skills.. I would not recommend this practise..
