I went to the LabCorp at 6465 E Broad St, Columbus, OH near MCE. The first thing that stuck me was the big pile of leaves just outside their door. I mean INSIDE the building. This is June 2016 so the leaves must have been from last fall & it looked like it too. That alone tells much about their philosophy of business. I wasnt greeted when I walked in because there was no one at the front desk. I waited way too long for someone to come. The receptionist was totally disinterested in me or why I was there. It seemed that she was just marking time before she could leave for the day & the day had just begun. I was soon told to sit in the back. I sat there for 45 min without anyone saying a word to me. Not one word, were sorry for the wait, someone will be with you in a moment, nothing. Meanwhile, 3 other people were seen. After 45 min I was told that I needed a signature on a paper before they could do the blood draw. Very unprofessional & very discourteous. Ill never use LabCorp again, especially that office.

Had an appointment at 7:30, feared the closed doors comment... not a problem. Signed in and the lady at the counter was busy with someone else. I think there was only one worker there that morning (a Tuesday). There was 3 people in line in front of me. Due to my scheduled appointment time I was jumped in front of those who did not schedule and was in and out. Lady at the office was a little soft spoken but very professional. Process was basically what I expected for lab work and only took 10min. The rooms were nice and clean as well.

Walked in, signed in, saw the large black lady at desk making 4 personal calls, and never was greeted or acknowledged. Waited there with small children for 45 minutes before the technician asked if they could help me.. The heat was turned up as high as it could go. I will never go back. Felt like b/c of being white i was not given time of day.

Dont open on time. waited outside for half an hour not sure if someone came even after I left. very inconvenient and unprofessional. if I didnt feel so scrappy Id go thru the trouble of contacting corporate.

Been there for couple of times for drug test. They treat well for quick and easy in /out. I was there on time and they got me out quickly.

Its exactly what one expects from a for profit lab service company. Blood draw was done efficiently, though check in was slow.

Would not take my insurance through email but would take a printed out photo of the same thing. Completely wasted my time.

Must be slowest Lab in town. Wait almost an hour for simple blood draw.
