Moving to Medina recently, I needed to find a new optometrist. I was happy to have discovered Loeper Vision Team and David C. Loeper, O.D. The doctor and his staff were, without exception, pleasant and professional making this an excellent new patient experience and the practice a good fit for my expectations. The exam for vision correction and eye health was quite thorough and included use of thoroughly modern testing equipment. Rates for all products and services were within expected ranges and staff worked, without my request, to find the best fit for my insurance coverage. Staff also provided a rebate offer for contact lenses and the additional receipt copy needed to make the rebate claim. My eyeglasses from a prior provider had been giving me trouble - I could barely stand to use them. Dr. Loeper discovered errors in the way the lenses were made and corrected lenses will be installed in my hardly-used frames. Overall an excellent experience and I am glad to have discovered the Loeper practice. I plan to remain with them for a long time to come!

awful; absolutely horrible do not go here! I would give negative stars if google allowed for it!1 they hide their fees until you are ready to check out even when you call ahead of time. My daughters only wanted contacts for their birthday, this is all theyve been asking for. I am a single mother of 5 kids so i called the insurance and i called the office up front to ask what their fees were. they waited until AFTER they did the exam to tell me that they were going to charge me $80 PER CHILD for their contact fitting. They wouldnt even work with me on paying it, they wanted up front or it was "screw you and your family" .. The doctor herself called me and discussed this with me and told me i was, and i quote, "Being dramatic" and laughed!! like are you kidding!! Do not go to this office; their office policies are awful and their etiquette towards parents that cant afford their costs up front are despicable and unprofessional.

After a terrible experience with another eye doctor in town, I searched for a new vision team. I stumbled on the eye care jackpot! Dr. Loeper was great! He was patient with an eye issue I had and was very up front about any and all costs. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Office staff is very nice and helpful! Dr. Loeper was thorough, friendly, and took his time. He also took the time to ask if you had any questions and explained findings of your exam. They arent pushy trying to sell you this and that either. Definitely found my new eye doctor!!
