was very disapointed when i went in today and found out that perwinkle pet clinic is all about money and not the care of pets. my husband had a stroke and lost his job our cat got sick i went in to see if they would see her and under no terms would they unless cash money was paid first i draw disability and told the lady i could pay half the money today and the rest on the 3 rd of next month she excused me out the door and i thought a rude lady i will never step foot in there again went down the street to pet hospital and they helped me get care credit so my cat is being taken care of no thanks to perwinkle pet care and there rude lady at the desk for new people and there pets do not recommend this office

I LOVE Periwinkle Pet Clinic! They have treated my pets like family for years now. I love that they are a simple group. They tell it like it is and dont sugar coat anything. I have a dog who only likes her family so she has to be muzzled when we go in. They treat her with love and a soft voice. They treat to each personality. I see some negative posts about payment plans and what the called a cat in the chart.... They are not there to work out a payment plan with you....and the gal at the desk isnt rude....as far as the chart....they call them as they see them. They probably have my fluffy cat in as "pain in the butt...not again" cat. I totally recommend them....I have....I will continue!

I called this morning to ask a question about a flea pill for my pet. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life especially someone who is expected to treat my animal. I asked a simple question about a flea pill and if the have something like that available,i couldnt remem er the name of it and i was talked to like i was a stupid piece of trash...i will never take my pet to someone or some place like that ever....and i will go out of my way to tell others of the horrible customer service they provide.....i called them on 10-3-2015 @ 9:00am and whomever answered the phone just lost a potential life long customer...

I used them for just convenience sake. I was truly shocked and insulted when the vet wrote in my cats chart "DECREPIT old kitty" a year ago. How insulting and incorrect was that? Not very professional at all. Do you wonder what they write about your pet? I think the word Geriatric cat is more professional, and I hope they take note of that! I was also charged for a T4 (thyroid) test $55 + for my dog but it was taken 8-9 hours after he had a pill, and the laboratory clearly states that this test should be done 4-6 hours after the pill was given. So my T4 test was useless and wasted monies. They should refund me for that.

I recently had my cat fixed at Periwinkle. I was comforted by the friendly atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. I was impressed at how the team worked together to give my kitty the best care. Chrissie assisted to calm my baby as I dropped him off and answered all my questions after his procedure. I felt reassured that she understood that they take care of animals daily but that even a minor procedure was new to me. I know my fur babies will always be in good hands at Periwinkle!

Sad to say my experience here was not very good. Wont go into details because it just an emotional roller coaster. But I am glad to see the ratings of those who had good experiences. Not everyone is a fit. So thank you for the care you did give, just know our outcome wasnt as bleak as you thought it would be...Praise the Lord

I live in Corvallis and found every veterinarian in town charges what youd expect to pay for human healthcare, which is an out-of-control racket. I heard about Periwinkle Pet Clinic through a friend 15 years ago and have been using them ever since. Their prices are fair and theyve always taken good care of my kitties.

I took on a little chihuahua with special needs. They gave her thorough excellent care at good prices, and even saved her life! My whole family has taken their pets to this clinic and has had nothing but positive experiences. I will always trust the health of my pet to these loving competent people.

The staff have amazing knowledge and a genuine care for all pets. Prices are reasonable and all recommendations are to promote your pets quality of life. This clinic has helped extend the lifespan of my cat and intently listens to all of my questions and then gives me my options.

I took my cat Salem to get fixed and everyone there was so reassuring to my little fears, such a great team of people to be caring for animals. The receptionist was exceptionally sweet as well as a sweet girl named Chrissie - I can tell she loves animals!

Personable, professional staff who are very accessible. And, even if youre not a client (or not picking up medicine or food), you can drop in and pet Rose, the office cat (Shes a Sphinx!). (But dont try and pick her up; she doesnt like that.)

Jack our dog loves his Vet. He gets yummy treats as he is being seen. You can tell that they genuinely love animals and care for them. I recommend this clinic when asked where we take our dog.

Common problem with animals they get worms! Every other vet clinic wants office visit before giving meds $57 - $67.00 and other $20 -30 for meds
