I switched dentists recently out of a need for change. At the office I used to go to, I felt I was being sold to regularly and had work done I didnt need to do. Frankly, I didnt feel that I was given options and was regularly hounded to schedule appointments for dental work to be done. When I was referred to Dr. Simonsen and visited for the first time, it was nothing short of a pleasure (and thats tough to say when youre talking about going to a medical/dental office of any kind). Dennis was kind, personable, thorough in his examination, and truly acted as a consultant and educator. He provided me options and explained the differences in each choice. This is something I never had before at my other dentist office. I felt right at home in visiting Simonson Dentals office. Each of his staff members are very kind and seem to have the patients best interest at heart. 5 stars!
