After a car accident, I had been to multiple doctors, tried chiropractic, massage and acupuncture but was still struggling to recover from the resulting two herniated discs. My chiropractor referred me to New Heights and I started seeing Michelle Gilpin weekly. Within a few months I was fully recovered and I have her to thank for it! I have returned after another injury and am well on my way toward recovery once again. Shes amazing!

Recent recovery from a double meniscectomy the team in Beaverton were excellent. Able to plan performance rehabilitation the program across 12 weeks aimed for precise and dynamic physical recovery. Flexible and engaging, the team of Michelle and Mark give 1on1 tutorage and were/are open to discussion through email, text and phone when advice is needed between the formal onsite sessions. A great team :-)

Mark and Michelle were absolutely fantastic during the 6 months it took for me to strengthen my shoulder and lower back after an auto accident. I mostly worked with Mark, and I have to say, he helped me figure out how to get myself into proper shape. I highly recommend New Heights, they are really good people.
