I called 2/15/17 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 2/18/17. I gave the person who answered the phone my insurance Information to verify coverage before I arrived. On Saturday the young lady said she forgot to verify my coverage and she couldnt reach the insurance company on Saturday. She then went on to say they had a $10.00 eye exam special and since my insurance card shows a $10.00 co-pay I could get my eyes examed and she would verify my coverage during the week. I chose frames while I was there and waited for a call during the week inviting me to come, in to get fitted for glasses. I never received call back. I travel for work during the week and would not be back in town until 2/25/17. I called on Saturday 2/25/17 and discovered the same person still hads not verified my insurance.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The old blonde lady who "helped" me was so rude and condescending! Acted stuck up and seemed annoyed when I asked her to explain the eyeglasses plan! It was such a horrible experience. She should not be working / interacting with customers if she does not know how to respect people! Would not recommend at all! All the other staff were nice but I would avoid just because of her.

nice selection of glasses. However, this place tells you that your contacts and glasses are ready for pick-up, but when you go to get your items youre told that they are not there. wth? Ill stick to the Columbus Blvd location. Customer service was much better there
