I am a Temple student whose eyes are NOT perfect but too lazy and so inconvenient to go to the eye doctor, I ended up wearing the same pair of glasses for 4-5 years. Finally, this place opens right at Progress Plaza near my school, so I had no more excuses and think its about time to update on my eyes. First impression when I walked in was "Wow, this place looks great, nice, clean, modern; Its got to be expensive." But who knew, they had everything that was nice and trendy and within my budget. Even better, I got my glasses the same day! What more can I ask for? The doctor was great, nice and friendly. The staffs were very fun and cute. I had a great experience here and would definitely come back routinely for my check up. They actually CARE. I hope their business goes well so theyll be here for a long time. Itll be great for me, other Temple students and everyone who lives around. Temple students should definitely come support, a lot of the employees there were or are actually part of the Temple family! MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED! 5stars all the way!

This place is absolutely great. Not only because its in the city and at a resonable travel distance. But they are very clean, friendly and professional. But most importantly, Dr.Tempesta is an outstanding doctor. When i first looked up recommend eye care centers i read and read upon several places mainly trying to figure out which place provided the best service BY THE DOCTOR. And after reading reviews here i decided to try this place out. And by all means i do not regret it. The doctor did the most thorough check on my eyes. After everything was said and done she most certainly welcomed me back if i were to have any concerns and i most certainly returned because the contact brand i chose were irritating my eyes bad. Dr. Tempesta took time out to see me and without hesitation provided me with a different kind of contacts and i am very happy with them. Over all my experience was great here and i highly recommend Dr. Tempesta. Very friendly and professional and truely cares for her patience.

I recently went to trend eye care for my first ever eye exam. I was a little nervous heading in because I didnt know what to expect. I booked an appointment online with Dr. Tempesta. Upon arrival, the front desk employees were friendly and relaxed. They offered me water while I was waiting for the doctor to finish up her last appointment. When she finished she quickly came to take me back for the appointment. She was great! Dr. T, explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She also answered all my questions. She was efficient but thorough which I really appreciated. When picking out galsses with the front desk they offered good advice and knowledgeable opinions on frame size and shape. The Doctor even stuck around to see how the glasses looked on me. I had a great experience at Trend Eye Care and would definitely recommend Dr. Tempesta for your next appointment!

Feel very fortunate we found this place. Latoya knows her stuff and is a customer service pro! Dr.Tempesta is very knowledgeable and really cares. She told me things about my eyes and contacts I had never heard before. // Having been with a different eye doctor for years, it was hard to break away but after getting tired of having appointments booked 2 months in advance I was over it. Its never easy to start over but I looked around online and came across Trend. The reviews seemed solid. My daughter went in the day before and said they were great. I went in today and agreed enough to write this review. I am happy to have been seen so quickly. I now have more comfortable contacts with a much better near and far prescription (I can read with contacts again!) as well as new eye glasses coming. Great place and people. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a great experience at Trend Eye Care 2 today. The reception desk, pre-exam, and doctor on site were all very friendly and helpful. The store was not too crowded, spacious and clean. The doctor was very friendly and gave me options from my old prescription glasses also, being that its been years since Ive last had an exam. Also, Joe was very friendly and patient with me during the pre exam. Ive never done the air puff thing before and he was so patient in my being nervous about it. He also helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face! It always helps getting another persons opinion and he was definitely honest. Thanks trend eye care, Ill definitely be referring anyone who asks to you guys!

I was a walk in customer. The employees made me feel welcome from the door. They answered questions about services, scheduling, and types of payments. There was no long wait time between patients and everyone seemed to be satisfied customers. My eye exam was thorough. The doctor answered all my questions about eye care. When I had to choose frames for the glasses I saw they had frames from the low end to designer, something for everyone to choose from.I thank Rachel for helping me in the process for getting the frames that not only looked nice but I could see clearly once I picked up my glasses which were ready in less than a week. Thank you Trend Eye Care 2.

Ive been coming to Trend Eye Care for my glasses (and soon contacts) needs for over 2 years now and I must say I always leave satisfied. I just got my RayBans today from them :) Their stores are always clean and they have a good variation of frames, styles and brands, but what impresses me more is the customer service. They are always nice and on point in helping me out and answering all my questions. I always get help from Mary and she is always pleasant when helping her customers out. I definitely recommend getting your glasses here. Or at least check out their facility, I guarantee you will end up getting your glasses from them.

Such a beautiful place in this kind of neighborhood. I am a student at Temple and broke my glasses. I am literally really blind so I stopped by after hearing good things about it from friends. I came in that day and within 20 minutes after choosing my glasses, I was able to leave with my new pair of glasses with prescription made for it. While the process is so smooth and fast, the service was awesome on point. Dr. Tempesta was such a friendly woman and everyone there were so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and will definitely come back for all my eye services here!

I somehow managed to drop my sunglasses on the sidewalk and cracked the lenses. My eyes have been getting progressively worse and I have been meaning to get the lenses swapped out for prescription ones. I finally had a reason to get the long overdue prescription lenses. My first thought was to head to Trend Eye Care because I have always gotten fast, convenient service. The routine eye exam went very smoothly and the new lenses were perfect! I should not have procrastinated because its pretty much like night and day with these new polarized lenses.

Trend Eye Care is a very professional establishment. I had the pleasure of getting 2 pair of very nice eye glasses from Trend. The staff is very nice, friendly and extreamly professional. I was not sure about what to buy and i got a lot of honest feed back for staff and other patients in the office. By far, this was one of the most pleasent eyewear experiences I have had thus far. I would recommend Trend eyecare to all my friends and family. This store has a very large selection of fashionable frames, sunglasses and even color contacts!!
