I had a great experience at Elite Physical Therapy. I was suffering from a back pain and the treatment I received was exceptional. One of the most outstanding issues I saw was the way they treated their patients. You could very well tell that to provide an outstanding service is their biggest value. I was treated superbly and I would highly recommend everyone to try the experience. They simply care about their customers and patients. They make excellent examination of your pains and worries and they are extremely interested in following through on your improvements. They simply want to heal and make people feel better. They put all their heart on it!! Just hearing the conversations around of the employees with their patients made me feel as if I was at home. I want to really thank Elite and specially its owner Mike Nula for preserving the value of service to the customer as their main asset for the company. I will certainly repeat the experience if those back problems arise again. THANK YOU ELITE KEEP IT UP!!!

The aqua therapy at the Hilton Garden is good and the hands on work with the PT is good, but it appears management is double booking. On 5/14/12 I lay for 10-15 minutes with moist hot packs so the PT could do deep tissue work. No sooner did she begin this work when a timer went off, and she said she would be right back after "starting another client on a machine." After ten minutes, the muscles were cooling again and she still had not returned. I left. My insurance company and I pay for undivided attention of the practitioner. My experience is different than the owners posted promise: "1-on-1 with your own personal Physical Therapist"

Michelle is a miracle worker!! After a back injury at the gym, Michelle provided treatment that was not only therapeutic but also educational. She gave understandable and helpful information to explain not only why I was having my pain, but also how to make changes that would assure long term improvement. Elite is often a very busy place, but somehow while you are there, you are made to feel like the only patient in the building! During times when treatment was in more public areas, the entire staff proved to be as personable and delightful as Michelle! This was a fantastic experience! Thank you Michelle, and everyone at Elite!

From the minute I walked in the front door, I was welcomed both professionally and kindly. Jessica is very good at her job! The therapy I received was always within my physical comport level while at the same time challenging me to get stronger. NEVER felt over treated or under encouraged.
