I used to dread going to the dentist, until a trusted friend recommended Dr. Russell over 10 years ago. Hes very patient, calm, and doesnt try to talk you into purchasing expensive whitening or cosmetic procedures. Very old-school, and quality work at a reasonable price- even if you dont have insurance. His bedside manner is excellent; he discusses medical information and procedures in laymans terms. Hes also great with my two young sons, who will never grow up fearing a trip to the dentist!

NO GUILT Dentistry! Dr. Russell is a very patient dentist and a lovely gentleman. No hit-and-run dentistry! He spends the time to show you your x-rays and explain everything very clearly. His rates are very reasonable, even for the uninsured. Im so glad I found Dr. Russell and his lovely staff! AND- I hope you take the time to look at his wifes lovely art work and jewelry. Its clear this is a family business everyone cares about.

Great Dentist. No fake smiles or electric white grins. Dr Russell doesn’t try to sell you all the latest and greatest teeth whitening products and procedures unless you want them; and approaches your teeth more like an old school doctor rather than a plastic surgeon on a soap opera. Real matter of fact doctor who is, plain spoken respectful and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.

The Dr. was very friendly....... However, after 2cd& 3rd opinions,he was trying to screw me over w 2300.00 for one rebuilt tooth that would only last a yr@ the most.Apparently hes used to dealing w students and people that have more money/insurance than brains. A nice dentist doesnt mean theyll treat you fairly. HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have been been going to Alpine for several years--great hands, very gentle. i have had some really bad dentists before but i have never had any thing bad at Alpine Dental. Dr. Russell is really good and i love Linda and the staff there--they have all taken the time to make me feel special and take good care of my teeth.

Dr. Russell has been my dentist for about 10 years. He is gentle, unassuming, and thorough. He has done a lot to disarm my fears of dentists. He is very good at explaining procedures and costs and has never tried to sell me any fancy products. Billing my insurance has always been trouble free.
