After my permanent orthodontic retainer broke, I began searching for a dentist in the Austin area to replace it. Since I am not originally from the area, I relied sole on the on-line reviews, and trust me, they are accurate! Everyone in the office and Dr. Roach had a great sense of humor that had me laughing even though i was half asleep for my early morning appointment. I guess thats another thing I should mention, I have a VERY hectic schedule so I really appreciated being able to schedule an early appointment. I was also very grateful that they genuinely cared that I am an uninsured student and thus would be paying for everything on my own. They listened to my concerns and did everything in their power to try to save me every penny possible. The entire time I spent in the office, I felt like the staff truly cared about their patients and enjoyed what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be returning!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce Roach for more that 20 years. I have seen his office grow and moved with the office as it changed locations several times. The office on Jollyville is so welcoming, comfortable, and professional. No mater what the reason for my visit (routine, preventative, emergency, etc.), treatment has been outstanding and effective. When I say "treatment," I also mean the filing of insurance forms and payment. Dr. Roach and his staff make me feel so welcome. I have every confidence in Dr. Roach and his staff.

I have gone to Jollyville Dental since 2002. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They help make going to the dentist relaxing and enjoyable instead of stressful. I also feel that they only recommend procedures that are truly needed. In the past I have felt that other dentists were always just trying to sell me. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Roach for your entire family. Along with me, my husband and both children (ages 4 & 8) see him. He takes great care of us all!

Ive been a regular patient of Dr. Roach for several years. Overall he is very friendly and seems to keep up to date on the latest best practices. At first its a little strange walking into a house thats converted into a dentists office, but you warm up to it pretty quick. Its a lot less "clinical" feeling than the austin dental clinics you find in office parks. If you dont like your current dentist, I think giving Dr. Roach a shot would be well worth it.

Just moved to Austin, and went to Jollyville Dental today for the first time. I have moved around a lot, and seen many dentists. This was definitely the best one I have ever been to! The staff was incredibly polite, really knew their stuff, had all of the most advanced technology, and are very genuine about what needs to get done and they dont try to push superfluous charges on you. I am very happy I stumbled into being their patient. : )

I have had cavities in the past and even root canals due to my dentist not noticing cavities as they have appeared. I have been seeing Dr. Roach for years and I have never had a single cavity with regular 6 month cleanings! His office is great, its in an old home and each patient room looks outside through a big window to trees in the backyard. His staff is professional and friendly. I will not see another dentist!

Jollyville Dental Professionals is the best dental office I have been to. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is courteous and professional and Dr. Roach is always friendly. The patients comfort and well being are definetely their primary concern. I partook in the free teeth whitening plan that they are currently offering, and love the program. It worked!

Whether it is a teeth cleaning or actual dental services, they are done professionally and with quality. Ive been going to Dr. Roach for well over ten years now, and I dont think Ill ever need another dentist. I was overseas for over two years, and when I finally came back, I scheduled an appointment. Everyone still remembered me, not because they had my records on file, but because they really are that friendly and personable. I have always felt very comfortable about going to the dentist at Dr. Roachs office.

Get a second opinion. This dentist office has limited hours, antiquated equipment and offers antiquated procedures. The Doctor should retire or upgrade and get help because he made a grave mistake that send me to a specialist that was professional but was noticeably appalled by the lack of oversight. I also submitted a complaint with the Texas Dental Board.

I usually DREAD going to the dentist, but Dr. Roach and his staff changed my dental experience for the BETTER!!! Everyone is so personable, caring and friendly. What a wonderful experience! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Im usually really uncomfortable in the dentists office but this experience was completely different. I found Dr Roach about 10 years ago because his old office was close to where we lived. We followed him to his new office where he is currently located We have moved 3 times since then within Austin and have remained with Dr Roach despite no longer living hear his office. In 76 years of going to dentists, this place is the best ever! Best dentist, best hygienist (Monica, not that Im prejudiced). best decor (Texana); least pain; most caring; patient centered; they make caring for your teeth less of a chore and more enjoyable. Youll like going to this dentist.

Have not been to the dentist in years so went in a little nervous but everyone was so super-friendly and easy going that it made the experience stress-free and overall wonderful. Everyone was willing to walk me through step by step and explain when I had questions. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this office has been great. The staff is friendly and the facility / office is well kept. Ive been in a few times for work and I have to say Im extremely happy with the results. It took a while to find a dentist in north Austin but now that I found Dr. Roach Im all set.
