If I could give fewer stars, I would. The two year old review, here, saying Dr Berrys office only cares about the dollar, not the patient, is spot on. They did the exact same thing to my boyfriend, argued that he owed for a preventive checkup which is covered 100%. They also sent his labs off to some company who is OUT of our network, (but Dr Berry has a contract with, according to our insurance company), so he was billed $2,200...I had the same labs done, through Dr Berrys office and the same people took MY blood...but my bill was only $6.21. Also, refused to give me my results over the phone, trying to force me to schedule an appt (so they can collect my co-pay), even though their website says you can call for your results over the phone by providing your PIN. The ladies who answer the phones claim to know nothing about that. This office is unprofessional. I will NEVER again recommend them to anyone.

After going into the Dr today I realized that they have been billing me incorrectly. I realize that this office only cares about the dollar not the patient. Even after I explained to them my coverage, they argued with that they have to go by what the computer says. I then called my insurance company to confirm what I already knew. So before you pay them a dime, make sure that you check with your insurance to make sure that they are billing correctly. I feel that they have already stolen hundreds from me and my family. To top it all off, I never got seen because they wanted me to pay for something that my insurance covers 100%. Which I verified with my insurance company. My insurance company recommended other doctors in the area.

I realize that people have different experiences with doctors. Good and bad. I have been a patient of Dr Berrys since 1999. My kids have been patients of hers since they were toddlers. I have recommended her to many of my friends. And they all have had pleasant experiences. I have never had any complaints. Dr Berry is very easy going. And shes very *to the point *. She tells it like it is. And to me, that is very important. I have never had a medical issue she couldnt diagnose. I highly recommend Dr Berry!!

Awesome physicians here, they really listen and understand what your problems are, and that leads to a diagnosis that is correct, educated and comes from experience. Theres no beating around the bush or skipping around the actual issues like so many physicians do, they give you what you need for your condition.
