In April, our 20 month old son was running a high fever and experiencing stuffy nose and sinus drainage. After several days of fluctuating low-mid grade fever, and still not feeling well, we decided to take him to the minute clinic since this was on a Saturday and our Pediatricians office was closed. We didnt feel the circumstances warranted a trip to to an urgent care or emergency room. Location was very convenient to our home and there was NO wait! We had called in advance and the PA on shift, Shelly Daigle, was kind and courteous enough to tell us about the ability to check in online beforehand. This was simple and it ensured we could have our son seen quickly with little or no wait. When we arrived to the clinic, she greeted us and was so warm and friendly. Our son wasnt feeling well at all and she was so calm and gentle with him. She was able to swab him for strep throat and the flu. As we waited for the test results, she visited with us and helped make the visit easier on our son by engaging with him. We were in and out with treatment plan and prescription within 30 minutes. Shelly requested to send all of the visit records to his Pediatrician and recommended that we follow up with his Pediatrician re: the visit at CVS. We felt comfortable and relieved when we left the clinic. This is our first child and were just so impressed that she was able to treat our son and save us a trip to the ER when not necessary! We will definitely return and I would highly recommend you see Ms. Shelly Daigle if you have the opportunity. She is intelligent, personable, professional and collaborative.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Go elsewhere! Joy is by far one of the worst. I was there at 8:30am and Joy completely ignored me when she arrived. I was the only person in line when she arrived and was standing at the check in counter. Joy walks right by me and shuts her office door in my face. When Joy finally comes out of her office 10 minutes later, now 8:42 she proceeds to flip signs on all the doors all the while still ignoring my presence. When Joys rude actions are brought to her attention Joy stated that she did not have to greet or even acknowledge me at all. I informed her I would be filing a compliant and she states she did not care and then refused to assist me. Joy stated that she would not help me and forced me to leave without the medical help I came in for. I attempted to contact corporate but the line/number is down b/c of inclement weather. I reported to store mgt and they could do nothing. I was provided a number that did not work. Store mgt did apologize. I recommend that you go elsewhere especially if Joy is on duty.

45 min wait on the phone to talk to no one!!!! Ridiculous! Do not sit and wait on the phone just to die from these people
