Above and beyond does not even begin to describe the service you will get at Bond Family. My kids and I look forward to each visit. The environment manages to be classy, relaxing and fun all at once. The staff are always professional, and treat you like you are the only patient they have. More than once, the office manager has had product or glasses delivered to my office, just because it was urgent I have them. I have never had a prescription or product problem in all the visits my family and I have had here. That is one claim that I cannot make about any of the other doctors offices I have frequented, optometric or otherwise. If you are looking for an eye doctor for the whole family, you need look no further than your local Bond Family Eye Care. I cannot say enough about this crew.

Everything went smoothly at my latest visit to Bond Family Eye Care. In the last 3 years, I have felt valued as a customer as well as a patient. Something sorely missing from some doctors offices these days. But not here. From the friendly and knowledgable receptionist, to the tech who handled most of the rest of the visit, to the doctor himself- everyone was friendly, knowlegable, helped me feel at ease and, once again, feel very valued as a patient and customer. My wife also is a patient here and we both would highly recommend the Bond Eye Care offices. P.S. They also have great coffee! :)

The doc is so very nice and listens to what you say and what you are feeling about your sight. Takes time to be with you and help you take care of your eye sight. I love how helpful and friendly all the staff is. Also I love how both Doctors take time and explain whats going on. I also like how they helped me pick out what glasses looked the best on me. I was in there this week with my boyfriend and he had never been told why he had to wear glass, so he asked Dr. Bond and he sat down and explained to him what was wrong with his eyes.

First time to go here, process was through but fast, there was no sitting around in the lobby or exam room, I was either busy with the personnel or the doctor, great use of time. The lady who helped me with picking my glasses was very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage which helps immensely. Great experience so far.

The Bonds have a modern office that has all the equipment my Plano doctor has plus some! The technology that is used in the office to evaluate and treat my eye concerns is phenomenal! The staff is professional and the service is prompt and efficient. I dont know why anyone would consider going anywhere else!
