We have been patients of Piga Primary for close to SIX years and are very thankful we found them. Im very particular about my choice of medical doctors and always read reviews, read their education and background, make comparisons and come up with whatever choice I feel will meet my families needs and were glad we chose Dr. Piga. Awesome bedside manner. Very patient with our kids and with our questions. Always able to get an appointment same day if we have a sick child. No waiting time really, as soon as the kids settle down to play with a toy were called in (not so great for the kids LOL but awesome for the busy parents). The front office staff & nurses are amazing too. They personally take an interest in your child/ their patients and are very warm and patient. We love them so much that my husband and I decided to use Dr. J Piga as our Doctor so we have everything under one roof. Weve referred friends to them and our friends are full of praises and thankful to us. Only reason wed ever leave their practice is if we moved state. Best pediatric Drs in my opinion.

It makes me feel so sad to see a negative review for Piga Primary Care as they are excellent. I guess you can take the review for what its worth with the bad grammar and poor punctuation. One can imagine the writer has not given factual details and wrote it in anger and haste. But nevertheless, I have been taking my children here for years. Their staff is always accommodating and very sincere when helping with appointments and anything in between. I can always count on them. Dr Piga and her staff have never been inconsistent or hard to work with. Also their office came highly referred and thats how I found them!! I will always go to them and never think twice about it. They have become like a second family.

We LOVE Piga Primary Care! My girls have been seeing Dr. Naomi from the beginning and my eldest is 10 now. The Pediatric Drs are fantastic with their patients and take their time during an exam. I never feel rushed and I appreciate their conservative approach to treating various childhood illnesses. When they made the move to Frisco there was never a doubt that we would continue to see Dr. Piga. We drive from Garland because they are the best! The front office staff are find and professional. They have always gone out of their way to help us with last minute scheduling to obtaining records for school.

The Truth

Terrible customer service!!!!! This place is more worried about getting paid than my childs well being..!! I was 10 minutes late in traffic , walked in and they made me reschedule !!! I was like Im here right now , why reschedule , there was no other patients there.. I will be taking my child somewhere else where doctors actually care for there patients and not what time they are getting off work!!!!!!

Fabulous pediatrician office!! We switched over to them when my daughter was 9 months old and havent looked back. Very friendly & helpful office staff, never have to wait long, fabulous care from both Dr. Capote & Dr. Piga, they relate wonderfully with the kids, takes time to listen and answer questions, never feel rushed & they know my daughters name when we come in. Highly recommend either doctor!

Dr. Naomi piga and staff are the most amazing people! I have three little boys and I feel like I am always in there and they never make me feel like I am unwanted. I have now been going there for 4 years and could not be any happier! They treat us like we are family! We love yall! Thank you for taking such good care of our family.

Front office staff is experienced. Adult practice doctor is THOROUGH and has professional bed side manner and common sense. Blood work is done in the office as well as other tests. The office is easy to reach on the phone.
