I called the office today and tried talking to the nurse in regards to a patient and a mistake being made. In order for our clinic to remove or add anything to a requisition we need the name of the nurse and this nurse didnt even give me the opportunity to ask for her name she was rude and hung up the phone on me without me putting a word in. We always hear great things from doctor hermosa but his nurses are one of the rudest people youll encounter.
