I cannot even give this place one star . They play doctor. Not only do they NOT return calls, they do not file copies of lab reports in your chart (for which they have billed the insurance companies), they do not follow up with lab results by phone. On this last visit, the doctor asked me if I had had a certain test on the last visit because it was not in my file. I contacted a specialist's office today and discovered that PMC had neglected to give me thorough information on how to take a medication that they prescribed. I have missed work for one week and might have suffered unnecessarily due to their sloppy practices. I give this place zero stars. You might as well get your healthcare at the local witch doctor's. There is very little difference in quality.

Staff and Doctor were nice and welcoming overall. The Doctor was very helpful and informative and took time to talk with me. But sadly I will not return because this office is very poorly managed. Front desk does not answer calls. They were supposed to file a prescription for me and they didnt. When I finally got through, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. It seems like a small enough office that you should be able to talk to someone and not have to leave a message. I think this could be a really great place, once they get all that in order.

I have never found an office that provides such great service. I live near Spring but am more than happy to make the drive because of the trust I have in this office. I always book my appointments with Tami Berckenhoff and Ive been seeing her for years! She is very dedicated, thorough, and most importantly she makes me feel at ease knowing that she cares so much about my wellbeing. Ive recommended this office to friends and family before and will continue to do so.

I love the Doctors and Nurse practitioners at this office...but honestly it is so incredibly frustrating because they never answer or return phone calls! A prescription is a pretty important thing and I have to leave multiple messages and keep calling until finally a moment happens when someone answers because they never call me back. Refilling a prescription should not be this hard.

By far the best medical office I have ever had. They were very prompt and the wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Clark knows what she is doing and actually takes the time to listen and CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS!!! Thank you dr. Clark for being my medical hero!

Front desk staff - very nice and helpful... Nurse line is NEVER answered and they will not return calls. Seems like its all about what is "convienient" for them...I would appreciate a call back after Ileave 4 messages in 2 days !

Ive been a patient here now for about 4 months; Ive seen Dr Clark and Dr. Chin and they both are very thorough and listens to your needs. Everyone (Ive seen) including nurses and front office staff are very warm and inviting!
