Dr. Lieu is OK for small and common problems like itch skin, cold and flu. However, the waiting time average is 90 -120 minus, which is too long for me and my husband, a working couple. The reason i gave Dr Lieu such a low rating is that once my daughter, 2 years old at that time, was not well and i took her to Dr. Lieu, he did not even spend more than 10 minutes to diagnose or ask us about the symptoms, just referred us to another specialist whose earliest available date was in 45 days. We asked Dr. Lieu for help to schedule sooner appointment but he refused and told us just wait, no lab work or any further action required. As my daughters situation was getting worse, we had to call our previous pediatrician in OHIO, she recommend us go to ER immediately. I took my daughter to ER at Childrens Hospital and my daughter was diagnose serious anemia. It turned out proved that taking my girl to ER was right because doctor said if we wait for another 40 days, the anemia would permanently damage the health. The doctors at ER were surprised that how could a pediatrician be so irresponsible. Not recommended to a parents who want a real care to your kids.

I chose Dr.Lieu as my daughter s pediatric at the very beginning. But I soon changed my idea after several times visit. Dr.Lieu always make me to say my concerns about my baby quickly and answered my questions without any patience. And I remembered once office visit, we arrived there at the scheduled time, but the door of the office was closed and there were many parents outside the office. No advanced notice and no explanation coming from staffs, and also nobody answered the phone.

I have been bringing my children to see Dr. Lieu for over 12 years. He was recommended to me by my sister, a doctor in another field, who had taken her two children to him also. Dr. Lieu has always been calm, caring, and spot on. His office staff is also very professional and sweet. Ill never take my kids anywhere else.

it is hard to believe that kidss doctor does not have any patience. He responded very rude to any of the concerns we had with our baby. He has been in this field for 20 something years, I have to think that his patience is totally running out over the years.

We are so glad to have Dr. Frank Lieu as our kids pediatrician for almost 7 years since our kids a baby. Even it take us 16 miles to his office since we move further to McKinney, we wont move to another pediatrician. He so warm and the staffs so friendly!!

I have been taking my Daughter and Son to Mr Lieu over 6years, has always been great with them, i feel at ease every time we leave, he really listens to you when you voice your concerns very caring true gentlemen.

Dr. Lieu is terrific. Really takes the time with each issue. Saw our twins for sleeping issues and really gave great advice and has caught health issues other peds might have missed. We love Dr. Lieu.
