This Labcorp facility is very unprofessional. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone. The staff at the front desk were more interested in their phones than in their jobs. I walked in and was ignored until I approached the two individuals at the front desk. I am a home health nurse and needed blood samples to be processed. They did not send the lab results to both fax numbers as indicated. I tried to contact them on the phone and was not able to get a hold of anyone. The phone rang to a voicemail after a few minutes on hold, but the voicemail cut out after 5 seconds. I cannot do my job appropriately if you dont do yours, Labcorp.

Ive been here many times. These phlebotomists are awesome! Never missed and painless! Read the other reviews and I have to say people can be real idiots. Everyone knows they dont get results at their office. Also they cant answer phones if they are busy.... get over yourselves. If your doctors are making you call for your results or find them then they are bad doctors. Maybe try talking to them before assuming the worst. They are so awesome!

Cant reach anyone by phone, keep getting disconnected after waiting for a long time. This is the Lab that is in network with my health care. So disappointed in the service. Wonder how long my husband is going to wait to get blood drawn, worried about how late for work he will be. So far not good, will keep updated with experience

My phlebotomist was awesome, but they never answer their phone and the 2 times they did they just picked up and hung up on me. I have NEVER had a lab take so long for results ever!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

If the drs. office misses your vein the first try your gonna pay. These employees are friendly, fast and they dont miss the first try. Great to have professionals taking your blood.

lab corp never sends the results to my provider. take longer than other labs and "fish around for your veins. then when you try and call them, if they answer you get hung up on

One word: PAINLESS! Unfortunately Ive had blood drawn many times from various doctors offices and labs. The phlebotomists at the Draper LabCorp are by by far the best!
