This was absolutely the worst place I have ever been in. The gentleman at the front desk was not only rude and belittling to me but to others as well. I went in for a drug test during the collection times and was never able to get in. Luckily they provided me a different address to go to to get this done but not without talking down to me. The gentleman also didnt tell anybody that the wait was 2 hours long.

I have been to this facility several times and have always had a good experience. The gentlemen that work there are friendly and professional. My doctor has always gotten my results within a matter of days. I have never had trouble with billing. I would recommend it to anyone!

I had some bloodwork done by them a month ago and the claim still hasnt been sent into my insurance. I have tried calling their office AND the billing number at least 30 times all within their open hours and NEVER have they answered their phone. What a nightmare.

Ive had blood work done here at least three times and have had no problems at all. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. The bills always came with no surprises. And the results were always sent to my doctor in a timely manner.

Avoid this business like the plague! The oversize technician was childish and petulant, clumbsy, and inappropriate around the children! It took forever to get into a room, and I was happy to leave that place.

They are a pain when it comes to billing, hard to get a hold of and very unfriendly, takes forever for them to process your bill will never go to them agian
