Horrible pharmacy please dont send your prescriptions here; especially if you have critical medications. You will wait days to get them. Forget it if you have to transfer to or from them. With all the technology we have these days, they still use 1995 technology that takes hours and hours to complete the transfer. Also, they always act like their customers are inconveniencing them and they are SO busy. I hardly ever see anyone at their counter or drive up window. Absolutely horrible experience and now after dealing with this for days already, I have to continue to wait to get my blood pressure medication and insulin.

I dropped off some prescriptions and said I would wait for them. While I was waiting, I received a text saying I was signed up for text notifications from the pharmacy. I sat on the bench near the pharmacy waiting to pick up my prescriptions and finally received a text saying they were ready. I stood up and went around to the counter to find everything locked up for lunch - for an ENTIRE HOUR. Is there some reason they couldnt check to see if anyone was waiting before they just left? The blonde at the counter who took my prescriptions really had an attitude too.

Worst pharmacy ever. Went to pick up a prescription, they said it was 35 the day before. Had a manufacturer coupon to make the script 15. They told me after I gave them the coupon it was going to be 78. They said the insurance would only cover half of the script and the coupon only took off 70 bucks. Went to fresh market pharmacy in Layton and picked up the same script for 15. Walmart allegedly called my insurance and confirmed the 78. Not true. Do not use this pharmacy.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. I signed up for text messages, just like smiths, and theyve been spot on everytime. Prices are compatible with smiths and the staff are fine. IDK what everybody is complaining about.
