Everyone from the front desk up are just wonderful! Its so nice when you come in and they know your dogs/cats name. Puts you at ease that your pet is in good hands. Dr. Lui is awesome! Although it wasnt the news we wanted to hear, she cared enough to send our golden to a specialis ASAP. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been hanging tuff for 5 months! No matter how much time he has left, we owe it to her. I would recommend Banfield to anyone. They have a great wellness plans, saves you tons! Thanks Banfield Federal Way, WA!!!

Dr Liu and dr doepker are wonderful!!! They truly care about my dog and Im sure every pet they come in contact with. My dog had surgery here and they have been beyond amazing at seeing my dog anytime (esp since he breaks out of his cone and licks his wound). Front desk staff are helpful and super sweet. I feel very confident with their service and care here.

I paid a little over $50 for two dogs today. of course that is considering the coupons that they have. First visit is free per animal. check online. its located in petsmart. Got a diagnosis and a treatment plan, a nail trimming, and the medication itself. They were very nice and gentle with my scared dogs. Very satisfied.
