A huge waste of time and money. I spent $85 to have the Sears Optical Southcenter Mall Optometrist to analyze my vision. He provided a prescription which was then used to buy glasses at the same office. After getting the lenses swapped from progressive to bifocal to single lens because they all strained my eyes, I ultimately returned the glasses to Sears and went to another optometrist to validate the prescription. This was a 3-month process. It turns out that the prescription provided by the Sears Optometrist was incorrect. I called Sears Optical back to see about getting a refund of the $85 for the wrong analysis/prescription, and they told me that they optometrist must be paid for his time. I said the prescription was wrong and what about all my time going back and forth to the mall to try to get the right lenses? The Optician of that store said she would give him the message, but the optometrist needed to paid for his time. Sadly, there has been no response from the office. I do not recommend using this Sears Optical office.

I was not please at all with the young gal that works there. She has brown hair. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I am an older lady and she was so disrespectful to me. I asked her to speak up and she rolled her eyes at me. I felt threatened by her service. I will never go there again.

Professional staff. Appointment was prompt and thurough. Wait time post exam was slightly aggrevating, hence the 4 stars...but all in all I was happy with the service.
