Ive been a patient at Rhythm of Life for approximately 11 years now. I DO NOT have serious back issues, nor have I ever, however I started going to Dr. Dave because I wanted to maintain my health. Similar to keeping your car in good shape, as opposed to bringing it in only when it breaks down, I wanted to be proactive about things and keep in good shape. I work out regularly, teaching martial arts, so I am VERY active. Dr. Dave makes sure I can keep in peak shape, ready to teach class every day. For the occasional time when Im a little "out of whack" he gets me back in alignment and ready to go right away. Dont wait for aches and pains to come - be proactive and take care of it now. Its a lifestyle!

Dr. David combines adjustments with exercises you can do in his office that support the spine. My pain is gone. My neck is much more stable (and I do computer work). I am sleeping better.
