All I can say is Awesome! I got fitted into running shoes at a different running store and then I started having problems and thought I needed orthotics. But a friend convinced me to come into InStep first. The guy working here videotaped me running and walking and showed me exactly what was going on with my feet. I got a different kind of shoes and after a few days, my problems were gone. You guys just got a customer for life!

I just moved here and stopped in the downtown store after work. The service was great and the staff was friendly and really knew their stuff. They put me on the treadmill and I could really see how certain shoes made my ankle more stable. The shoes I got are great. Sweet rides!
