I have never had a trip to the ER that I can honestly say was great...let alone impressive, but it was both at Crossing Rivers!!! They were excellent!! The paramedic, the nurse, the radiologist, the phlebotomist (sp?)...even the lady at the desk!!!!! All too often these days I feel like many medical professionals have their guard up due to soooo many "pill seekers," but they took my concern very serious and treated me with respect & concern!! I APPRECIATED THAT!!! I think they are REMARKABLE!!!!

I echo Mistys review 100%!! My very first trip to an ER ever and everyone was fantastic. I was in a lot of pain and everyone tried so hard to not make it worse. I was admitted for the night and was extremely well attended to. Ice packs and warm blankets whenever I needed one and even when I didnt think I needed one. Im going back tomorrow for surgery, I really like my ortho surgeon and my surgical nurse - I have complete confidence in the team and the hospital.

I delivered my son at Crossing Rivers last year. While there, he had his circumcision done and it wasnt done correctly! Now we have to have it redone at our expense. When it comes to billing, watch your bills! Crossing Rivers submitted charges multiple times. Luckily our insurance caught it. I would recommend to travel for better care and less stress.
