Was able to help pinpoint the causes of my concerns and helped work out a solution plan to aid me. Really enjoy that she is genuinely interested in all of her patients, her sense of humor, and how shes very upfront and honest. Approaches at it a lot more casually and has real conversations with you so that its not so overwhelming and it feels like a real conversation is taking place.

I hate to think about what my life would be like if I hadnt found Dr. Rita. I am not able to say enough about the positive impact shes had. I have more understanding of myself and people around me. And I have made major positive changes in my life that would have been impossible without her support.
