Ive had lower back and neck pain for about a decade, and had previously sought out treatment from a different chiropractor, a massage therapist, and a physical therapist with no success. I began to see Dr. Sinawi in 2015 after reading his positive reviews on Yelp. Im happy to say the praise is well-deserved. I rate him an A+ for his personality and an A+ for his knowledge and skills as a chiropractor. In my first appointment, Dr. Sinawi completed a full physical evaluation and adjustment. I quickly recognize that he is a caring, trusting, and transparent person. He has expert-level people skills, like a best friend or wise old wizard. After just the first visit, I knew that I would feel comfortable and confident entrusting my spine to his care every time I entered his practice. Dr. Sinawi is willing and eager to explain to me what he is doing and why. He provided numerous recommendations in my day-to-day to improve my spinal health (e.g. sleeping habits, workplace environment). He uses hands-on manipulation to adjust my neck and back. He was able to understand and diagnose my issues within the first visit. I learned that honesty and transparency are the foundation of his practice. After my first couple appointments with Dr. Sinawi, I was in a car accident. Dr. Sinawi was a whiz in navigating the paperwork with the auto companies. He even knew enough to guide me through my paperwork and to inform me of my legal rights after a car accident. I think this level of care and respect is exceptional! I recommend Dr. Sinawi wholeheartedly.

I found Complete Spine and Joint Center like many people do- Wake up and pain and do a Google search for a chiropractor in the area. However, due to being a skeptic who was unsure where to go, I tried to wait it out for a few weeks, took too much Advil, and got to the point of barely being able to move my head from left to right. When I thought I had reached the point of no return-I called complete Spine and Joint Center and was immediately impressed. Krysta, the office manager was so flexible and informative. I usually dreaded dealing with office staff- but Krysta is an angel!! Upon meeting Dr. Sinawi, I knew I made the right choice. Finally- a doctor that knows their stuff and does NOT you whatever you want to hear to get your business! At my first appointment, Dr. Sinawi took quite a while for a full examination and was very knowledgeable. We went over my entire daily routine to pinpoint the problem. He even taught me how to adjust the seat in my car to take pressure off my back! After regular visits, I feel incredible. Complete Spine and Joint Center is like a family- you walk in and forget you are there for pain management. Dr. Sinawi and Krysta run a practice based on superb chiropractic skill and integrity.. You will not find anywhere better!!!

I put off going to the chiropractor for over 8 months. One morning while attempting to get out of bed, the pain got to a point where I couldnt handle it anymore and I called Complete Spine & Joint Center. They were very flexible and had no problem fitting me in that very morning! As a new patient I thought I would have to wait days to get in. I am a very stubborn individual but Dr. Sinawi was very patient and understanding to my frustration but he asked me to trust him. Dr. Sinawi and I made a treatment plan that very first day and after only about a month of going to him I cannot believe my improvement. I always envision doctors and chiropractors in a negative connotation but Dr. Sinawi has definitely changed my opinion! If you are in pain, dont wait, just call! I promise it is super easy, convenient, and the staff is incredible!

Truly amazing. This is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to and trust me I have seen a lot. When my husband and I go in we feel like we are their family. They are the sweetest office in the world. Dr. Sinawi is only concerned about your care and fixing the problem. He is not your typical chiropractor just looking to bill your insurance or you and break you. He is truly there to help and fix the problem. I almost had to have surgery a couple years ago over my shoulder and rhomboids. After a couple months with Dr. Sinawi and Chris (massage therapist on staff and AMAZING) I was healed. My husband and I go in monthly for an adjustment and massage so that we stay healthy and feeling great. If you are looking for the best in town, look no further. Book an appointment today!!!

Literally a life-changing experience for our family today! Besides the staffs super-warm welcome and accommodation/ease of availability for appointment time, my daughter received top-notch care and experienced instant pain relief from Dr. Sinawi. As a college athlete, you can imagine her elation over finding a doctor who took the time to give a knowledgable evaluation, spoke to both parent and patient on an understandable and friendly level and delivered healing & relief all in one visit! Were recommending this facility to her fellow team mates as well as all of our friends and family! Dr. Sinawi isnt interested in creating some arbitrary treatment plan for you. When you first see him, he asks about your issues and addresses them. Whether or not you want to go through a maintenance plan is up to you, without the pressure. He does not try to push multiple supplements or additional therapies unless he feels it is necessary. I could tell from the start that he is one of the most caring and genuine people I have come across. If you are looking for a massage, Chris is the best! I have tried many therapists, but what he accomplishes in a 30 minute focus massage is beyond what most can do in 60 minutes.

I was nervous about starting down the road of seeing a chiropractor, but if all chiropractors were as amazing as Dr. Dave Sinawi I would not have had a care in the world. He is amazing at what he does, his "table-side" manor is top notch, and hes just a generally wonderful guy. I started seeing him due to name recognition as I went to high school with him, but I could not be happier. I have been singing his praises to anyone who is looking for a great experience. His hours are great for working folks, and his staff is always just as friendly and easy to talk to. Go here, you will NOT regret it.

I have been to several chiropractors in the past, and I must say, Dr. Sinawi has gone above and beyond what my other docs have done. I never felt rushed, and he listened to all of my complaints, answered all of my questions, and took all of my concerns seriously. Not only did he help my low back pain, but was also able to get my knees rehabed so that I could get back to running again! I feel much better after my treatment with Dr. Sinawi, and would feel more than comfortable referring my family and friends to him.

Dr. Sinawi has been fantastic. I have an issue with my back where the normal way you adjust the back actually hurts me instead of helps me. In the past Ive had chiropractors completely ignore this and adjust my back when I didnt want them to. Dr. Sinawi listened and worked with me to find a way to adjust my back without hurting me more and its really been helping! I would definitely recommend, especially if youre looking for a great experience every time.
