Come On, The Doctor should not be allowed to rate his own service as he did below! That is obviously a conflict of interest. They are never there! Leave early and lock the door when they feel like it. I found this place on my vision insurance website. I would rate it a 0. I cant believe the doctor even has the nerve to rate his own website just to post a response to a previous rating. I would bet the only good rating here were done by the staff, doctor or family members. They are so rude. There was an older lady trying on glasses when I was there and I felt so sorry for her. They office ladies were snarling and making faces behind her back and so sarcastic to her. Of course it was 5:45 pm and they were so obvious about the fact they just wanted to get her out so they could go home. I went in for glasses and contact lens fitting and prescriptions. I wanted to have my eyes dilated. I could tell right away that they did not want to take the time for the dilation. They said we could do it on my followup for my lens fitting. 2 weeks, later. Of course when I was there they had no time again. I had to stop in because the lenses prescribed were horrible and I could not see to work and the lens did not fit one of my eyes. The door and website says they are open until 6:30pm Mon-Fri. Although every time I called they said they were closing and it wasnt even 5:30. They will even tell you when you call that they close at 5:30. Even though the door says 6:30. I had a Saturday appointment scheduled and got 2 reminders, when I called to confirm the time the day before, I was told the doctor would not be there! I would have to come another time. By then I had been wearing one contact for 3 weeks. The manufacturer website says they are only to be worn 1-2 weeks. I called and was told they were fine for up to 30 days. Obviously I have no trust in these people, so I called 2 different eye docs and was told they are 2 week contacts period. Finally I was able to pick up my prescription and could not believe they thought I would actually buy my contacts through them! When I told them I would find someplace else, they were so rude. I really did like a pair of glasses I saw but was made to feel I was wasting their time and holding them up from closing, so forget it. I will find some elsewhere. They obviously wanted to bill my insurance for my exam, and that is all they cared about. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doc.

I go to this Pearle Vision annually to get my prescription renewed, and I usually have a great experience. I went this week and the doctor there was filling in and did a pretty terrible job with "bedside" manner and other communication. I told the ladies at the front desk, which made all the difference. They told my normal doctor, Dr. Nappi, and he immediately reviewed my appointment records from the poor appointment. He had concerns about the way the "guest" doctor changed my prescription, and asked me to come back in when I could. As a health literacy advocate and healthcare marketer, I cannot thank Dr. Nappi and his staff enough for standing up for me and make me feel like a valued patient whose health matters to them.

This place is so great that I am writing my first google review. As soon as I walked through the door Pearle Vision was very inviting and comfortable. Dr. Nappi was so friendly and informative - he really went above and beyond in making sure I understood my eye health. Afterwards, Rose did a through job of breaking down the extra cost of different glasses features such a transitions, anti-glare etc. so that I could make the best decision for my eyes and wallet! Wonderful place - highly recommend.

I have never had a better customer service experience. Dr Nappi is wonderful and very informative. Really took the time to answer my questions. Abbe went out of her way to make sure i was taken care of and Rose really made a difference for me in getting me the best prices possible! They were so welcoming to me and my 4 month old (he was teething). They treated us like family and i will never go anywhere else for my eye care, or that of my family!!! The world needs more people like them.

The doctor and the receptionists were absolutely amazing! Very nice and very professional. The sales reps added on insurance that I did not need and did not tell me I was getting charged for that. I knew I had a free pair of glasses covered under my insurance and only had to pay for the anti glare feature. Another downfall was the selection of glasses. There wasnt any good options and I will choose to go online to buy frames from now on.

Customer service was equal to a Wal-Mart in a bad neighborhood. Cheap, low end glasses frames at this location start at $600 a pair up to $2200, without the lens. Lens are another $200-400. Go to any other company, get the same frames and save a ton of money.

I was told on the phone that an eye exam for contact lenses would be $40. Went in and had the exam, and when they were finished I was informed that it would be almost $100 for the exam. Never going back.
