Was referred to this specialty office by my PCM. On my first visit I waited nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor seemed rather cocky and arrogant. It took them about 4 days to get the prescription electronically to my pharmacy because they kept screwing it up in the system but they claimed it was a system error and it was not going through. The worst part of all of this is when I returned for my follow up. I sat in the waiting room watching other patients arriving after me and going in to the doctor within a few minutes of their arrival. About 45 minutes after I arrived and checked in on on time I got up and walked out. Its been several days and I have not even had a return call from this office in about a week. Totally horrible experience.

The staff is very friendly and they are very helpful! Whenever I need to make an appointment, they schedule me right away. I would Highly recommend this Dermatology office!
