Here is an update to my review. Dr. Timothy Janiga did a Plastic Surgery procedure called a Lip Lift for me in May 2015. I am so happy with the results. My upper lip was small and almost just a flat line. Now I have that cute cupids bow and it looks natural. He did this surgery in his In Office Surgical Suite, it took about 1 hour with just local lidocaine for anesthesia. I had consulted with him in 2014 about the Mommy Makeover and am planning to do the Tummy Tuck this Spring. Janiga MDs Plastic Surgery and Dermatology is owned by Timothy Janiga, MD and Jennifer Janiga, MD. This husband and wife team is unique to Northern Nevada. I have consulted with both physicians for Cosmetic concerns. Jennifer Janiga, MD, the Dermatologist offered expert advice for my concerns about facial aging. I just looked older than I felt. Together we decided on a non surgical plan. Laser resurfacing to remove brown spots and reduce wrinkles, BOTOX for my forehead wrinkles and Juvederm for puffy lower eyelids were the best options for my needs. I am very pleased with the results and now I look as young as I feel. I consulted with Timothy Janiga, MD regarding a Mommy Makeover which consists of a Breast Augmentation and Abdominoplasty. He answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I have recommended JanigaMDs Plastic Surgery and Dermatology to my friends and they have been very pleased with the patient care and professionalism of Timothy Janiga, MD and Jennifer Janiga,MD.

A couple years ago I went to see Dr. Jennifer because I wanted a 2nd opinion on the moles that are on my back which were actually benign . While examining me she noticed 2 red spots that looked like someone took a bingo dobber to my back. I was truthful to her when I said that I never paid attention to them since I was more worried about the changing moles and not 1 of my other dermatologist ever mentioned them to me in the past. We then discussed having Dr. Tim remove the 2 red spots since they were quite ugly and it is always better safe than sorry. Well I can say all 3 of us were quite shocked when they came back as melanoma since they did not have the characteristics of a typical melanoma. I went in for another surgery to remove a broader area and I am happy to say that I havent had any more occurrences of cancer in the last 2 years. Dr. Jennifer doesnt mess around, she is aggressive and passionate in her practice and I feel I can say that she saved my life. Who knows how long the melanoma would have gone undetected and untreated if I didnt go with my gut instinct and went with another dr. I highly recommend both Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Tim to everyone.

The office staff has always been very courteous and very helpful. Melinda, the medical assistant AND Dr. Jennifer, took time to call and check in the days following an in office medical procedure. Dr Jennifer has always provided expert and valuable opinions in my cosmetic skin procedures as well. I feel so great and cared for whenever I leave their office. Dr Tim was absolutely wonderful in the care of my 8 y/o daughter as well. After a fall, he advised us to have it stitched. He did a beautiful job. Janiga MDs provides great comprehensive care for the whole family, from cosmetic procedures for mom to skin treatments for children. I have personally seen Dr. Jennifer Janiga for botox, filler, and laser treatments and have always been extremely pleased with the results. My 3 year old daughter was treated for a skin infection by Dr. Jennifer Janiga and her approach with children was remarkable, she keep my daughter calm and comfortable. My husband has seen Dr. Timothy Janiga to have a mole removed from his scalp, the procedure was quick and recovery was exactly as Dr. Janiga described. I was so amazed and at ease with Dr Timothy Janiga, he was one of the most compassionate and understanding Dr i have come across. The plastic surgery he did on me was nothing short of amazing. After having 36 radiations treatments in 2010 and my skin basically dying in that area with new issues appearing quickly he was able to exactly like he said he would do and the outcome was great.
